Why Camp North End

You already have the hive. Let's give it a story.

When we learned that Camp North End already hosts a beehive on its 76-acre campus, we knew this was a partnership waiting to happen. You've built one of Charlotte's most dynamic community spaces — complete with pollinator-friendly native landscaping designed by Nelson Byrd Woltz, a thriving weekly farmers market, and over 750,000 visitors per year who come for exactly the kind of authentic, hands-on experiences we deliver.

Camp North End's commitment to sustainability, local business, and community engagement is a natural fit for what Buddha Bee Apiary does best: turning beehives into platforms for education, connection, and storytelling. Your tenants — from HEX Coffee to Room Service — could pour and plate with honey harvested steps from their front doors. Your 110,000+ Instagram followers would get compelling, seasonal content. And your existing investment in native plantings and ecological design would gain a visible, living ambassador.

"Your bees already have a home. Let's introduce them to your community."

Tenant Honey Program

Imagine HEX Coffee sweetening lattes with honey harvested 50 yards from their counter. Or Room Service crafting a honey-infused cocktail with Camp North End's own wildflower honey. That's the Tenant Honey Program.

We'll supply a curated line of co-branded honey and hive products exclusively for Camp North End tenants and visitors — including jarred honey, beeswax candles, lip balms, honey sticks, and custom-labeled bottles. All products are locally produced from your on-site hives and can be packaged with Camp North End branding.

We'll work together to determine the right product mix, packaging, and pricing structure based on tenant interest and seasonal production volume.

Our Gift to You

Complimentary First Event

Because building relationships and community is paramount to us, we'd like to offer Camp North End your first event — whatever you choose — completely free of charge.

Consider it our way of saying welcome to the hive.

How We Work Together

Partnership Approach

Phase 1

Pilot

Begin with a hive activation assessment and 1–2 strategic community events to gauge visitor interest and build operational rapport. We recommend starting with a Guided Hive Inspection or Farmers Market Activation to test the waters.

Phase 2

Core Partnership

Expand programming based on community response and tenant interest. Introduce the Tenant Honey Program, add seasonal signature events to your calendar, and build a recurring schedule of engagement activations.

Phase 3

Full Integration

Build a comprehensive year-round calendar featuring hive management, all program categories, signature seasonal events, tenant honey operations, and integrated media partnerships. Camp North End becomes a flagship apiary destination in Charlotte.
